Birthdays, PF Changs, and Stachtober

Happy Birthday to Brooke yesterday

she is now 20!

(Also Happy Bday to Tiff, Mom, and Cassie earlier this month)

To celebrate we went out to dinner

at PF Changs

I had never been before but it was

pretty good.

This fall has been quite the parallel to last

fall for this reason and because it is

Stachtober.

UGH.

But don't worry we made a little compromise

and I am getting a good deal for this month.

But can I just say I cannot wait until

November 1

So here is the best part of the night...

Elder Bednar was at the restaurant!!!

Craig elbowed me and said
"Elder Bednar is walking to the bathroom!"
I look and there it is, a very nice backside of Elder Bednar. But I still wasn't quite sure it was him. But sure enough as the man emerged from the men's room and it was indeed Elder Bednar! I have never been so star-struck in my life. I kept looking up and then looking down at my glass. We didn't say hi to him, we decided it was best to let him eat in peace with his wife. But our table did keep on looking back at his table and in the picture below, if you look very carefully, you can see a man in a suit between Becca and I. So yes I have a picture with an apostle!

It was one of the best concerts I've been to.

(I've only been to 3 including;
N*Sync, Rascal Flatts, Carrie Underwood and now Colbie Caillat)



We were so stinking close
and as you can see in this picture we made some

High School girls very angry when

we shoved our way to the front :)

We are crinkling our noses if you can't tell.
