Ice Castles

Craig text me Saturday and said he wanted to take me out for a surprise that night.

I had just been complaining we didn't go out enough, but he was sweet despite my complaining and took me out anyway. He wouldn't say a thing. I knew we were headed up Provo Canyon. I was so worried we were going to Park City for Sundance (which I had just been saying I didn't want to do.) But he just smiled and kept driving. He turned off into Midway and as we turned the corner I see these huge glowing icicles. I was so surprised and so excited.

I have an awesome husband who listens to me and takes me out for surprise dates so I will be happy. It was such a fun and beautiful night.

Halloween

We started the night out at Brick Oven for dinner with friends.

Then we headed over to Craig's work to go through the maze Craig made single handedly! It was really cool. I was very proud :)

Then everyone came over for donuts and watched The Horror of Count Dracula. It was a festive night.

I had such a fun time decorating the house, sewing my cape for the costume, and preparing for the party. It is definitely one of my favorite holidays.

Watkin's Halloween Party

Friday before Halloween was the annual pumpkin carving party at the Watkins home. I am so lucky to have been adopted by my extended family.

Trip to AZ

home mid October to meet

Paisley.

It was a nice break. I love our family so

much. And we have the cutest nieces and nephew.

We spent the majority of our time at

Amy's of course. Playing Village Idiot and watching TV.

We went to a HOA party

one afternoon. Ate hot dogs

and people watched mostly.

Mom had to work but I enjoyed the little time I was able to spend with her.

She is the best. Thanks for being a hard working mom.
